Priority is given to retired Telangana Judicial Ministerial Servants who have not completed 65 years of age, possess a proven record of ability, good performance, and integrity, and have not been awarded any punishments in disciplinary proceedings. - Senior Superintendent (Head Clerk): Must be a graduate and a retired Judicial Employee from the category of Senior Superintendent.
