- Group General Manager (Production): BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy/Material Science) with 60% marks and 20 years of experience, or ME/M.Tech with 18 years of experience in a metallurgical process plant.
- Group General Manager (Projects): BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy/Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil) with 60% marks and 20 years of experience, or ME/M.Tech with 18 years of experience in project setup.
- General Manager (Quality): BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy/Material Science) with 60% marks and 17 years of experience, or ME/M.Tech with 15 years of experience in quality control.
- General Manager (R&D): ME/M.Tech (Metallurgy/Material Science) with 60% marks and 15 years of post-qualification experience in R&D.
- General Manager (HR): Degree in Engineering/Physical Sciences plus a 2-year full-time PG in HR/PMIR/MBA(HR)/MSW with 20 years of post-qualification experience in HR.
Age Limit & Relaxation
The age limit for all positions is governed by the rules of the Government of India. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per official government guidelines.
