Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements as of 31-08-2026:

  • Zonal Head: Graduate with 15 years of experience in sales/wealth management.
  • Regional Head: Graduate with 12+ years of experience in relationship management.
  • Relationship Manager–Team Lead: Graduate with 8 years of experience.
  • Investment Specialist: PG Degree/Diploma in Finance/CA/CFA with 6 years of experience.
  • Investment Officer: PG Degree/Diploma in Finance/CA/CFA with 4 years of experience.
  • VP Wealth: Graduate with 6 years of sales/marketing experience.
  • AVP Wealth: Graduate with 3 years of sales/marketing experience.

Age Limit & Relaxation

  • Zonal/Regional Head: 35 to 50 years.
  • Relationship Manager/Investment Specialist/VP Wealth: 28 to 42 years.
  • Investment Officer: 28 to 40 years.
  • AVP Wealth: 23 to 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

  • SC/ST/PwBD: Exempted

Salary & Pay Scale

Annual CTC is negotiable based on experience and location:

  • Zonal Head: Up to ₹97.00 Lakhs

  • Relationship Manager–Team Lead: Up to ₹51.80 Lakhs
  • Investment Specialist: Up to ₹44.50 Lakhs
  • Investment Officer: Up to ₹27.10 Lakhs

  • AVP Wealth: Up to ₹30.20 Lakhs
