  • Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO) - Vice President: Chartered Accountant (CA) by qualification. 10 years of experience in overseeing financial operations, preferably accounting and taxation matters, in Banks/Large corporates/PSUs/FIs/Financial services organizations.
  • Law Officer - Manager Cadre: BL/ML or other equivalent degree. 4 years of Bar Experience OR minimum 2 years work experience as an officer in the Legal Department of a Bank or Financial Institution.
  • Branch Head: Any Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized university under a regular curriculum. Experience varies by scale: Manager (Min 5 years banking experience as Asst. Manager or above), Senior Manager (Min 8 years banking experience, 4 years in managerial cadre), Assistant Vice President (Min 10 years banking experience, 6 years in managerial cadre, 2 years as Senior Manager).
  • Specialist Officers - IT:
    • General IT Roles: B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/MCA. Minimum 12 years experience in Banking/FinTech, with 5-7 years leading software development teams. Expertise in Java/J2EE/Springboot, Microservices, API/Web Services, Agile/Scrum. PMP/PSPO/CSPO Certification is a must.
    • Assistant Vice President (AVP): M.E/M.Tech in CS/IT/MCA or equivalent with minimum 7 years experience in Application/Database/Network Infrastructure Maintenance. Knowledge of Database Management, Network, Server, VM, Storage, OpenShift/Kubernetes. OCA/OCP or CCNA/CCNP Certification.
    • Senior Manager: B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/MCA with minimum 7 years experience in Banking/FinTech. 7 years software development with 5 years leading teams. Expertise in API development (SOAP, REST, GraphQL), Angular/NodeJS, Microservices, Agile/Waterfall.
    • Manager (Software Development): B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/MCA. Minimum 8 years experience in Banking/FinTech. 3+ years leading software development teams with 3 years Full Stack development. Experience with Java/J2EE/Springboot, Mobile Application (Native/Hybrid/Flutter), CI-CD Pipelines.
    • Manager (Data Science): Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science/Computer Science/Statistics. 3 years experience in Bank/FI as Data Scientist. Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, predictive modelling.
    • Manager (Statistician): Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics/Mathematics. 5 years experience in Bank/FI as Statistician. Expertise in Statistical modelling, R, SAS.
    • Assistant Manager: B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/MCA. Minimum 3 years experience in Software Development/Testing/Maintenance. Experience with Java/J2EE/Springboot, Agile/Scrum, API/Web Services (SOAP, REST, GraphQL).

Age Limit & Relaxation

  • Deputy Vice President - Secretarial Section: Minimum 40 years and not more than 50 years.
